1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RoastMyCopy (“the Service”), operated by Keku Technology Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoastMyCopy is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze customer-facing web pages and provide conversion-focused feedback, including scores, rewritten copy, and improvement suggestions. The Service is provided “as is” and results are AI-generated suggestions, not professional consulting advice.

3. Free & Paid Usage

• Each user gets 1 free roast (tracked by IP address).
• Additional roasts can be purchased as credits: $4.99 for a single roast or $19 for a 5-pack.
• Credits do not expire but are tied to a browser cookie.
• All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

4. Refund Policy

Since RoastMyCopy delivers results instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your roast (e.g., a server error that consumed your credit), contact us at hello@roastmycopy.io within 14 days, and we will either restore your credit or issue a refund. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days, unless the service has been fully performed with explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze pages you do not own or have authorization to test
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit tracking, or payment requirements
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate third-party rights
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service
• Submit malicious URLs or content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your web pages and content. The roast output (scores, suggestions, rewritten copy) is generated by AI and provided to you under a non-exclusive license to use however you see fit. RoastMyCopy retains no rights to your input content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated feedback may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that may not be suitable for your specific context. We do not guarantee any specific conversion improvements from implementing the suggestions provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoastMyCopy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific roast in question.

9. Shared Roasts

When you share a roast, the results are stored for 90 days and accessible via a public link. You are responsible for who you share the link with. We may remove shared content that violates these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
